SEE-WHAT WE DON'T SEE

These figures have been released by ASSOCHAM.

One would see the names of first few States and give credit or debit depending upon if one is in opposition or ruling party. It does not end there....it is the beginning

But, what is it that we do not see???!!!!!!!!!

There are seven states in North-East. The seven sister states. Assam-Meghalaya-Manipur-Tripura-Manipur-Arunachal Pradesh-Nagaland. Only two of them appear in this chart claiming a combined investment of 2.89% i.e. an average of less than 1.45% each.
Other five states do not even appear in this chart.

How long will the ruling establishment neglect the N-E States and why?

Even ASSOCHAM have not made any reference to this investment neglect in N-E States.

Private sector may or may not decide to invest in N-E States. That should not be any reason for Public sector not to invest and create opportunities for the local population.



The fact is that all these seven states put together; perhaps, do not have half the number of Lok Sabha seats as much as one large state has.

Hence the NEGLECT.

Do we, the Indians, realise the price we as a nation are paying for the Govt’s complete neglect towards the N-E States?
China-Bangladesh-Myanmar-Pak are taking full advantage of our neglect and we are counting our seat priorities
It is a very wide and sensitive subject, but......

let us CHANGE INDIA for INDIA OF TOMORROW.
