GAYATRI MANTRA

This makes it a very encouraging and meaningful reading.

GAYATRI MANTRA is broadcasted everyday for about fifteen minutes on Radio Paramaribo, Surinam, South Africa.
Recently,The Hamburg University initiated research into efficacy of the GAYATRI MANTRA both on the mental and physical plane of creation.

According to an American Scientist, Dr Howard Steingeril, Hindus’ GAYATRI MANTRA produced 110000 sound waves per second. This was the highest amongst Hymns and innovations from world over. Though the combination of sound or sound waves of a particular frequency is claimed the Mantra is capable of developing specific spiritual potentialities.

Let us be proud of our Vedas, Mantras, Culture, Traditions, and Gurus and of course GOD.

MANY LANGUAGES.
MANY RELIGIONS.

REMEMBERING RK

On the 14th of this month, it was Raj Kapoor’s 88th birthday.

My best wishes are with his family.

After Baba Shab Phalke award was announced, RK had a party at his residence at Chembur in Mumbai.
This picture-with your faithfully-was taken just a few days before he went to Delhi to collect his award from the President of India.

I still remember what he said during our conversation!!
“MAAN  JADENDI  SATT---KARAM  NAA  DENDI  VAND”

He was a great man.

THE KALASH WHITE TRIBE OF PAKISTAN

The Kalash The White Tribe of Pakistan is very different from their neighbors. In the mountains of the Hindu Kush in Pakistan, six thousand or so people live who look and sound Fascinating to say the least:
-
They claim to have lived in the area for thousands of years and they look to all intents and purposes, European. Some believe that that they are descendants of Alexander the Great's army though their true ethnic origins are still unproven.Taking in to account genetic drift it was then thought that the Kalash blood line originated in Eastern Europe, the Middle East and the Caucasus.

They live in Kalasha Desh which translates as the three valleys of the Kalash and that is the limit of their people's range. There are only around five thousand speakers of the language, KALASHA, left which in terms of a language means that it is critically endangered. However, it is thought that the language probably never had more than a few tens of thousands of speakers at any one time.

As their numbers are very small the cultures of the people who surround them have had an impact. Many of the Kalash in two of the valleys have converted to Islam. They still practice many of the traditional aspects of Kalash life though the non-converts call them sheikhs. A third valley, known as Birir, still clings to the traditional way of Kalash life.

By some standards the Kalash are very poor and it is true that they are subsistence farmers. Kalash houses are typically made from Deodar trunk to an ancient design. They appear singly or stacked up against each other up vertiginous hillsides.Yet even though the houses often look precarious, they are built on solid stone foundations. Many have inbuilt beehives, given the villagers access to honey close by.

In stark contrast to the culture of Pakistan the Kalash do not separate the sexes or disapprove of contact between men and women of different families.  Elopement is regular in Kalash society and strangely it occurs often among married women.  The woman herself will write to the prospective groom and offer her hand, informing the new man how much her previous husband paid for.

The Kalash are protected by the government of Pakistan but their future is uncertain particularly if the religion declines in to theocracy.  There have been recent Taliban incursions and a Greek aid worker was kidnapped in 2009 (she was returned unharmed four months later after an outcry). However, their relative isolation may well ensure the Kalash survive.

FAIR DEMAND

At the age of 65 years, India is too young a country and hence needs to keep updating and or amending its constitution keeping in mind genuine set of national concerns. Politicians come and politicians go, but, it is the mother earth that we live on, must be protected. Democracy must be protected.

Under the constitution of Pakistan, no Sikh can ever become the President of the country.
Article 41(2) of Pakistan constitution makes the law very clear without any need for clarifications.
Similarly, under constitution of Pakistan, no Christian can ever become a Prime Minister of the country. Article (91-5) of Pakistan constitution makes the law makes it clear
.
Such laws do prevail in the United Kingdom also.In the UK only an Anglican Christian can be the Prime Minister.Even Disraeli had to shun Jewish religion to become Prime Minister of United Kingdom.

Should India too have similar laws?

What if a famous singer from Pakistan, now settled in India marries an Indian? Will he become eligible for the post of PM of India...As per prevailing laws...YES?

MP of a national party was declared a Nepali citizen who had sneaked into India.Had SC not intervened, could he have become eligible for post of PM of India? As per prevailing laws...YES.

We have actresses living in Mumbai from ,Sri Lanka, England, Afghanistan, Pakistan. If  one of them decides to marry an Indian will she be eligible for the post  PM of India? As per prevailing laws..YES

A private member's Bill has been introduced in the parliament on 7th Dec. It says "ONLY A NATURAL BORN CITIZEN OF INDIA SHOULD BE ELIGIBLE TO HOLD OFFICE OF PRESIDENT,VICE PRESIDENT AND PRIME MINISTER"

There is a self appointed “SECULAR brigade” in India supported and encouraged by Main Stream Media, which would like to create an opinion against the bill indirectly showing loyalty to a particular dynasty in India.
That being a typical Indian mind living with colonial mind set.......still.

Every individual has an opinion.Even you have.Would you like express your opinion?

CORRUPTION--IS THERE HOPE?

CHANAKYA defines 65 different types of corruption in "Arthshastra" and ways to fight it.
But at the height of corruption, CHANAKYA says it is only “KAAL” which can end it with something catastrophic.
Have we hit that limit???

Corruption is visible----
From a birth certificate to a death certificate. From first breath till the last breath.
The list is so long????????

Recently, I read somewhere that KALYUG and SATYUG has a cycle of 2500 years each and we are at the end of KALYUG in another 25 years.

Will only “KAAL”end corruption in India?
Are we waiting for something catastrophic to happen?

CONTRADICTIONS

Despite our problems, India has been known to be a united country in times of crises. How would one react when a senior minister says “India would have been better without North and East?

We switched over to LPG cylinders from CHOOLAH. Who would have imagined, after 40 years or so, we would be facing rationing of LPG. If the price keeps going up the way it is, we just might go back to days of CHOOLAH again. But, But, we need coal for CHOOLAH .Yes, COAL which has been given away to big business. We cannot even use wood as there is directive against falling of trees by the Supreme Court. However, Millions of trees being cut, forests being destroyed for builders’ lobby is another issue.

There was a time politics was all about service to nation. Now, politics is business, it’s all about business of politics, politics of business. Most Lok  Sabha members have become businessmen while list of business men getting into Rajya Sabha is getting longer. Either way, it is business interests all the way. Imagine and shiver, Vijay Mallya as a part of parliamentary committee on civil aviation?

India Army is known to be amongst the most disciplined one in the world. After Gen V K Singh laid down office early this year, two more Generals are fighting it out for the job of Chief of Army Staff.

Looking at current situation, one would find it difficult to believe that India was ever an agricultural economy.70% of Indian population lived in rural areas. Hunger and greed of land by the mighty is amazing. Farmers land is being taken away. Adivasi land is being taken away resulting in Farmers’ committing suicide. The Govt still believes or wants us to believe that Maoists are a law and order problem. We may pat our back on loan waiver to farmers running into Rs 70,000cr. But,how much of it actually reached the farmer? Figures could be shocking.

Diesel has always been a poor man’s fuel and a farmer’s source of energy generation. To ensure revenue generation, price of Diesel has hit the roof resulting into farmer being unable to afford diesel, while SUVs, backups for shopping malls and Mobile towers have become the major consumers of diesel. What is the message poor man and the farmer? Go take a walk.

We were optimistic of catching up with China.Well, this is what BBC has to say "nearly half of India's 1.2 billion people have no toilets at home and they defecate in the open".
With depreciating Rs,high rate of inflation, high interest rates, low GDP,declining exports we can hardly dream of catching up with China?

If we are made to believe, only FDI in retail is the answer to all the economic ills,I am afraid,we are not being brave enough to face economic, social and political issues. Why are we blind to a realty that via FDI in retail, foreign investors' eyes will be on control of Indian agriculture and largest middle class in the world?
"Garibi Hatao"has been a very popular political slogan for decades in India.Does it surprise anyone that 25% of GDP is in the hands of less than 100 families? 73% of our population lives under Rs20/day?

Our politicians are never sure if they should look into concave or convex mirror?

We seem to be full of contradictions, but, are incapable of corrective action.

POPULATION

If Uttar Pradesh had to be a separate country (GOD FORBID), it would have been, perhaps, 8th largest in  the World.

There is a famous Bollywood dialogue, with every mouth that needs to be fed; we are blessed with two hands that are capable of contributing.

Indian population could be equal to that of a Continent.

Our population is our strength, not our weakness.

Please do not allow the power greedy (POLITICIANS) to divide us on the basis of Caste, Sub-Caste, Region, Religion, Language.

Imagine our strength as a united society.

Do not succumb to pressures of divisive politics.

RahulG

It is a fact that whenever congress comes to power, RahulG will be the PM. In that spirit, over protective congressmen, media and his advisers must accept criticism of RahulG objectively.

Too much is being made out of and written about Congress failures in UP and Bihar. In a democracy, losing an election is not the end of political base. But, it is also a fact, these two defeats have been projected as personal defeats of RahulG(Thanks to 24x7 TV) as he led the campaign from the front.

I for one would blame Media and RahulG’s advisers for current negative sentiments.

Media  hypes news and activities of RagulG leading to high expectations from the man.All this “Yuvraj” “Prince” “Heir” “Rahul Brigade” “War Room” has actually harmed RahulG. Media has, knowingly or unknowingly, distanced him from common man, who now, does not relate to RahulG. He does not see RahulG as part of him.A feeling of “I don’t know him” has crept in. RahulG has to be a people’s man first. Media has tried to be secretive about him on various issues which are in public domain though, disregarding the access people have to internet and social media. With social media overflowing with information and main stream media being secretive or seen as reporting biased news, is counterproductive.

Then, it is RahulG’s advisers. When it comes to RaajNeeti,it is  Chanakya Neeti which works. I don’t see any lawyer adviser of RahulG with any winning strategy. Hitler had once said...”time has come for me to lucky generals”. What RahulG needs is those who have their nose to the ground. Such loyal people are there within congress, but, seem invisible to decision makers.
Napoleon had said...”One must know as to what is happening in enemy camp”. But, running down opposition, apparent misuse of constitutional authorities, censorship is hardly an advice. Sincere adviser would have insisted on him joining cabinet somewhere in 2005---he would have been 35 yrs old then and now at 42, he would have had enough experience, exposure in thick complicated jungle of politics to  reacted objectively to scams, oil pricing, terror, internal security BPL, etc .He has not expressed, hence  no  one knows his mind.He must not forget, more than half of Indian population is under 30 yrs of age.Age is his Brahamastra.

His Grandmother started as I&B minister to gained experience and exposure. What was right for IndiraG cannot be wrong for RahulG .
Ram was sent, by Dashrath, to Gurukul for training.
Kauravs and Pandavs were sent to DroneAcharya for training.
Every Doctor goes through hard internship before he gets a Degree to practice.
Every Chartered accountant goes through articlesship before he qualifies to sign a balance sheet.
Most of successful business leaders make their son start from the shop floor.
For a Prime Minister  Isn't governing a country of 120 crore+ as complicated as a heart surgery? Or signing a balance sheet?
This is where RahulG’s advisers and media have gone wrong. They haven’t allowed him to get real experience and exposure. Media is being too secretive Congressmen are being too protective
.
Very few are blessed where, for four generations; a family has had the privilege of being at the helm of affairs of a democracy
.

72

There are times when one comes across a financial services agent, an insurance agent or one needs to calculate figures out of curiosity.

You might have faced a situation when you are promised a (X %) rate of interest on your investments and double the funds in (Y) number of years?

Is it true or a bluff? To verify, isn't rocket Science, it's harder. You will have to battle excel sheets to know the real answer. Or, look for a financial calculator and first figure out how on Earth it works, and which mode you should choose - begin or end. Of course, you could log-on to the net on your mobile and try to punch in the details on an online calculator website
.
Instead, you could do all of the above mentioned things or simply use the magic number 72.

Years: If you divide the number 72 by the rate of interest, you get to know the number of years it will take for you to double the money. For instance, if the rate of interest is 9%, simply divide the number 72 by 9 and the answer is eight. This (Eight) is the number of years it will take to double your money if you invest it at 9% rate of interest.

Interest: This rule works in reverse order as well. Let’s say, you know the number of years you want to double your money in and want to know the minimum rate of interest which you need to achieve that goal. So let's say, you have Rs 2.5 lakh today and need to fund your son’s college education with Rs 5 lakh in five years. Just divide the number 72 by 5 and the answer is 14.41%. This shows that you will need to invest your money in an instrument where you earn at least 14.4% as rate of interest, if you want to double the funds in five years.

Inflation: This rule also helps you understand a thing or two about inflation. It helps you calculate the amount of time it will take for inflation to make the real value of money half. So, let’s say that the average inflation is 7%.When you divide 72 by 7, the answer is 10.28. If you have Rs 1 lakh in your kitty today, it would take around 10.28 year for the value of the money to be halved.

Keep in mind, that this is a rule of thumb and can be used to get a rough results on money related calculations.

Please use your discretion while investing rather than following this blindly.

TIME TO TAKE STOCK

India is having problems internally and to make it worse, political forces—internally and externally-- are taking advantage of our disturbed internal situation. Politically, we are going through a bad patch. Worst was what happened in Assam which is on boiling point. The way we are (mis)handling Assam, it just might be next J&K .Between 1971 and 1991, Muslim population has increased by 77.42% bringing it to 29.30% while Hindu population has declined to 14.95%.

.India has 15,106 KM of border with 7 countries. The longest one is 4099 KM with Bangladesh.

India has a poor historical record of border management. The so called “Seculars” might nullify this argument quoting entry of terrorists 26/11 via sea route. We have the longest border with Bangladesh which is porous; our border with Nepal is porous, Rohingyas from Myanmar have been crossing over to Hyderabad. Entire border management needs a serious relook and a definite policy backed by diplomatic push. India cannot continue policy of minority appeasement at the cost of national interest. IMDT judgment of SC is a slap on the face of policy makers and politicians.Recently, Former Assam CM P.Mahanta said: "India never took up (infiltration) issue with Bangladesh... Assam is not a dustbin"

It is natural for interested parties to take political advantage of a weak centre. Mr Owaisi, a lone MIM MP from Hyderabad, on first day of this monsoon session of parliament said about Bangladeshis ....I warn the Central Govt; I warn the Hon members over here (interruptions) if proper rehabilitation does not take place, you be ready for a third wave of radicalisation amongst Muslim youth(interruptions)

Neither Congress nor BJP has reacted is astonishing, since it does concern national security . Owaisi and congress, both, seem to be securing their respective vote banks.

At what cost? At what risk?

Interestingly, around that time, said, Radio Australia, In India, non-Muslims were receiving text messages from Muslims saying they "would be attacked, after, Ramadan”. What happened in Mumbai in Azaad Maiden, after Assam, by the Raza Academy was not a coincidence. Hoisting of Pakistani flag was not a coincidence. External forces have been up to their dirty tricks.

Corrective measures must be taken before it gets too late .Let Assam not become another Kashmir.

Porous borders might help “seculars” import “votes”, but, country’s security is being compromised.

While Owaisi spoke, while Azaad maiden happened, while Assam was burning, while they hoisted Pakistan flag......one genuine question one would ask....Why were Indian intelligence agencies like IB and RAW caught napping?

When will these politicians raise their voice against illegal Bangladeshis infiltrators.

Will they?

BPL SCHEME

We seem to have lost the plot.
This Govt plans to give away a mobile phone free with 200 minutes free talk time to those families who are below poverty line.  This scheme is expected to cost the Ex-chequer a whooping sum of Rs 7000 Crores+.

This proposal, reportedly, has been drafted by the Planning Commission.  It is the same Planning Commission which had submitted an affidavit to the Supreme Court identifying poor in India as those earning less than Rs 28/day.  With that kind of divine income, where will the next recharge, after 200 minutes, come from?(unless, the scheme gets implemented just before next elections)

Some are terming this scheme as a political master stroke before general elections.  Govt will have access to details of over 70 million voters/households.

If BPL families are the real concern of the Govt, with an amount of Rs 7000 crores, a lot can be done in terms of healthcare facilities, schools, housing etc. Had these facilities been thought of for the last 65 yrs, each present BPL family would have been prosperous enough to own their own Mobile sets and educated enough so as to not vote for a free Mobile connection.

It is time; Govt gave serious thought to various schemes and waivers to the poor.

One case in point is the loan waiver to the farmers.  Who did actually benefit? Farmers are still committing suicide; they are still unable to get the private lenders off their backs.

Someone must look at this picture above and ask this poor lady;
What does she  need...drinking water or a mobile set? Answer is written on her helpless face.
Yes, her vote is in her hand which might hold a free Mobile connection soon.

WE ARE MISSING SOMETHIHNG

Recently I spent a few days in Garhwal hills.
It was not jungles.
Those of us who live in Metro cities with all facilities like transport, power back up and most the basic infrastructure might find living in place like Garhwal hills very different, amazing.
One can walk for miles in clean pollution free atmosphere, without diesel fumes something which one can't even think of doing in Delhi or Mumbai.

One day, I had gone for a walk and having done that for a few Kms,I saw a man walk down  the hill........Bidi  in hand, whistling away to glory, a bag on his shoulders, shoes in bad shape, a small tin box carrying tools like a screw driver etc, singing a Pahadi song. Out of curiosity I asked him as to where was he coming from? Stove repair…smilingly, was his answer. This man walked up and down that steep hill to a house to repair a stove. And what did he charge for repairing a stove? Rs 5/ ?.This man claimed that he earns almost Rs20/day out of such repair jobs and is able to provide for his family.
He owns a house.
AND NOONE TALKS POLITICS.

Compare that to living in Delhi or Mumbai.
It is living in concrete jungle.
Visit charges of an electrician or a plumber are Rs 150/
Apartment costs nothing less than a couple of Crores.
No day is complete without having to inhale diesel fumes.
Pollution levels are something one can actually feel.
Noise pollution is deafenning.
Walking down the street could be a fatal.
Try and figure out if stress has let you whistle in recent past.
AND EVERYONE TALKS POLITICS.

How I wish I could spend my retired life there up in the hills.

BUT,I CAN NOT REPAIR STOVES.

WHITHER INDIA

How would one react when a senior minister of the cabinet says that India would have been better without East and North? Swapan Das Gupta is right when he says our national bird should be Ostrich as we dump our head in sand waiting for solutions to come by.When the central govt goes weak,it is natural for external and internal disruptive forces to come into action.

Nothing can be more disastrous than people losing faith and confidence in the Govt. Today, precisely that is the position. A scam a day syndrome has only strengthened it.

Recent developments in Assam have shaken the very basics.ISI playing havoc is no secret, but, In order to appease the minority community, govt is finding words “ethnic clashes” Communal disturbances” “infiltration from Bangladesh” Reportedly, BSF has been instructed not to shoot at the infiltrators till shot at and to use rubber bullets. Problem of Bangladeshi infiltration is not new, but, each successive govt has preferred to behave like ostrich than find solution. As Kanchan Gupta rightly said, the strategy of infiltrators is clear against Hindu population. First encircle, then beat, then kill and then grab the land. Why should Army take three days to arrive is a mystery, why should PM take five days to visit Assam is a mystery, Why should Home Minister take eleven days to visit Assam is a mystery. While Assam slept, the silent invasion happened.11 of Assam's 27 districts are Muslim majority. This explains belligerence.(The pioneer).

PM Dr Singh seems to think playing cricket with Pakistan is final solution. While the entire continent is excited about discussions about Indo-Pak series, ISI is busy digging tunnels and one such has been found at the Samba sector in Jammu. Army confirms that such tunnel couldn’t have been dug without Pak army help. In such case, what has our intelligencies agencies been up to? KARGIL REVIEW pointed out that India's Security framework as formulated by Lord Ismay & recommended by Lord Mountbatten, remained Unchanged. Isn’t that a shocking state of affairs?
Armed forces can not be blamed for a low and broken moral. It is the quality and commitment of Indian Armed forces that they have never taken on the inefficient political class even under worst circumstances.

Factually, 250 districts in the country are under control of the Maoists. After the Maoist Red Corridor, a Green Corridor is being built from Kashmir to Assam via Uttarakhand, UP, Bengal.
China has encircled us via Nepal, Bangladesh, Pakistan, and Bhutan.

In peculiar prevailing circumstances,we should be fighting our enemy. But,who are we fighting?ANNA and BABA RAMDEV.
TWEET FROM NIKHIL WAGLE SPEAKS VOLUMES
Govt's threat to the media over ANNA coverage is deplorable.

As per 24x7 media, between being communal and secular there is only a one four letter word. MODI.If one talks against MODI, secular. If one speaks for MODI, communal.

TWEET FROM RAJDEEPSARDESAI SHOWS GOVT AND MEDIA's MINDSET.
Media plays MODI politics even on dead bodies.

Have we not been too tolerant?

IT IS TOO LATE,PERHAPS.

TIME (Mag) hasn’t been kind to Dr Singh. TIME (Waqt) isn't being kind to Dr Singh.

This was coming in some form or the other. It has been on Face Book, It has been on Twitter. It has been on other social media network sites.

It will be a natural comparison between TIME covering Modi and TIME covering Dr Singh.

Irrespective of contents of the article, fact is that this Govt has been perceived to be non functional, paralyzed and headed by an UNDERACHIEVER.

Foolishly, NDA,in 2004 called for early elections and India shining campaign bombed costing it power. Had Advani not insisted upon early elections, India under Vajpayee would have been a different world power by now. Fact remains that during NDA life was easily manageable, in all respects.
UPA1 inherited an awesome situation from NDA.UPA1 managed ’04 to’09 on the policies, surpluses and goodwill of NDA while projecting Dr Singh as the real, credible reformer PM, who in 90s was seen as a reformer. If one was to read political and financial experts, it was PVR Narsimha Rao who was the real reformer and Dr Singh,as the then FM, was implementing Rao’s policy on reforms.

In ’09, UPA2 honest face was Dr Singh, for convenience while by end of ’08 itself, power centre and real power had shifted to the dynasty leaving Dr Singh being remote controlled.

There was now a visible beginning of Corruption, subversion and misuse of constitutional bodies, worsening relations with Armed forces, snub and threat to alliance partners(DA cases),minority quota, minority appeasement, issue of Swiss a/c, efforts to censor Internet, RamLila episode, arrest of Anna, failed diplomacy, Adarsh, Colgate, proposed FSB, NAC. It couldn’t get better for dynasty-------Absolute power without responsibilities.

After each corruption expose, party has distanced itself from the Govt indirectly shifting the blames on to head of the Govt…Dr Singh. Party insiders loyal to Rahul Gandhi would regularly leak embarrassing story to press so as to discredit Dr Singh.

Accepted, Dr Singh is not a politician.

What about economy?

Economy is in a mess. Inflation is high. Interest rates are high.GDP is at its lowest. Sensex has become the economy barometer. Industrial output is negative. Rs is slipping. Not opening FDI in Aviation, Retail and  infrastructure is a mystery. Exports are declining.

Why has Dr Singh failed as an economist and an administrator?

Who has the power...Sonia? Rahul? Man Mohan Singh? Certainly, not the people, not PAPPU.

Is he an UNDERACHIEVER? Perhaps, yes.

ISSUES IN THE OPEN

We have been uneasy with the prevailing situation.  Be it political, be it social, be it economical or be it a situation making us feel insecure.  There is so much in the air on issues like corruption, conversions, minorities, political instability, censorship and paid news etc.Since all this affect our daily life,we tend to follow anyone who shows sign of leadership/positivism.

ANNA...One must give him credit for bringing corruption issue centre stage. Let’s be honest, didn’t we already know of what Anna has been fasting or agitating for? Do we need an ANNA to tell us about cancer of corruption?Dont we face it every momnent? Even before we pressed “play” from “pause”, ANNA had become an institution in itself. Why do we lack the energy to take on issues which affect our daily life?Corruption does affect our daily life.

BABA RAMDEV...He has made Yoga so popular that almost every TV channel starts morning broadcast with Yoga and ensure his stage presence.  Suddenly, BABA takes up issue of Indian money in Swiss banks. We must ask ourselves,do we really need a Yog Guru to tell us about Indian black/dirty money stacked up in Swiss banks? Is there any sane Indian who didn't know of this fact? Even 40 yrs back, movies on underworld subject had dialogues "Boss,Apke Swiss Bank Mein Paisa Dal Diya Hai”.
Billions of $ stacked in Swiss does affect our daily life.

SRI SRI RAVISHANKAR...A spiritual leader in his own right starts to coordinate with ANNA and BABA.Extended subject combo being  corruption and dirty money.  Overnight, he too becomes a crusader against corruption.  Aam aadmi could not build guts to do what SRI SRI did. He just spoke a few words against corruption, selectively, only to the media so as to reach larger audience.
Black money and corruption in high places does affect our daily life.

AAMIR KHAN...Lets cross our hearts and say that we didn't know about issues relating to Girl child, Dowry and Corruption in hospitals and Path labs? It happens every moment in our neighborhood, in our back yard,we hear of this from our maids.  Do we really need someone like AAMIR to create a TV show to awaken us,awaken conscious of the victims and or of the culprits? Reportedly,33crore people have watched three shows.(1IN EVERY THREE INDIANS)
The issues raised by AAMIR do affect our daily life.

GEN V K SINGH...it won't be fair to write on this issue as it concerns national security. Let those concerned with the subject in MOD or the arms lobby know that someone with slightest common sense knows the truth.
National security does affect our daily life.

It is time we realized our strengths and weaknesses.
Historically, we are a tolerant a nation.
Historically we have preferred to be led rather become leaders.
Let us not be a spineless society.
Let us not be a society of people with defective vocal chords.
Let us try and stand on our two feet.
Let us not await divine intervention.
Let us not wait for a celebrity to tell us realities of prevailing situation.

DESH UBAL RAHA HAI.
