PriyaDutt, is a congress MP from North Bombay?

first parole, he was found partying in a Pub in Delhi. Once again, he has been
granted Parole to appear for Human rights Exams (SIC). Is it a coincidence that
his father is a congress MP?
Lalu
Prasad Prasad Yadav has been convicted and is serving jail term in corruption
case. In less than three months he is out on bail. Is it a coincidence that
elections are round the corner and fresh alliances are being worked out?
Rashid Masood is serving sentence in serious
corruption case. He has been granted bail. Is it a coincidence that he is a
congress MP?
Remember Italian marine case? They allegedly
shot Indian fishermen. While the trial was on, Italians were allowed to go home
for Xmas festival. Italians. Does it ring a bell? What happened subsequently is
history. India prisoners in Italy aren’t sent home for Diwali.

walked free. This case was unique which had set new standards in India history
of corruption.
After

Yes, judicial reforms are needed, but who will implement them?

Some citizens are more equal than others....but it happens only in India.
No govt. will try to reform the judiciary of our country. Even if somebody tries to do it, the pressure will be so much that they will think twice before taking steps. Running a party is not easy. Unless there is avenue for making money or influence for escaping from scams, people will not join the political parties. Congress has become the worst party in the history of scams. Nobody can beat them.
Ashok Khemka is being harassed for doing his duty. And now there are concerted attempts to scuttle Pushkar Tharoor's "sudden unnatural death probe". Yes, law is an ass!

Read history.British laws in India were made to protect them bad target the poor,that is Indians .Has much changed?

Agree.These two are living examples to prove my point
Plethora of Examples presented in the article as an evidence of weak judicial system or rather judiciary mocked by our own ministers and some influential personalities in India. We the people of India are at fault for such a lousy system. We never raise our voices and try to tolerate such kind of nonsense. The article clearly suggest the Indian people are dead from inside. I don't have the wisdom to suggest things but judicial reforms sooner the better for all of us and last but not the least but we the people of India should be in a habit of raising our voices. Thank you.
You have rightly said that the law is an ass. The law applies only to the poor who have no godfathers to protect them.It is a pitiable situation.
